We offer exchanges for: defective items, damaged products, incorrect items shipped, and size exchanges (subject to stock availability). Customers requesting a size exchange may be required to bear courier charges unless the incorrect size was shipped by us. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with: order number, issue description, and clear product photographs.
If the Return Is Due to Our Error: If you received a defective item, damaged product, or incorrect order, we will cover the return shipping cost. We may provide a return pickup arrangement, prepaid return label, or reimbursement of courier charges upon receipt verification.
Customer-Initiated Returns: For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
In some cases, we may offer store credit or exchange instead of a monetary refund. Store credit remains valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
Returns that do not meet our return eligibility conditions may be declined and returned to the customer.
