Account Registration

Customers must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts containing false, misleading, or incomplete information.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We currently accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Debit/Credit Cards
• JazzCash
• Easypaisa
• Bank Transfer

Prices and product availability may change without prior notice. Orders may be cancelled in exceptional situations including: stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, operational issues, or force majeure events. Any payment received for cancelled orders will be refunded.

Product Accuracy

We strive to display product images, descriptions, specifications, and colours as accurately as possible. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to: screen settings, lighting, photography, or manufacturing variations.

User Conduct

You agree not to: misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

Intellectual Property & Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Pakistani law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or service shall not exceed the amount paid for the respective order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including: natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, government restrictions, courier disruptions, or technical failures.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion and good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
