Shipping and Delivery Policy

At SAGO – The Company, we ensure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible across Pakistan.
Delivery Coverage
Pakistan-Wide Delivery
We currently deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Delivery is available in all major cities and regions including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and other serviceable areas across Pakistan. Deliveries to remote or rural locations may require additional transit time.
International Shipping (Coming Soon)
We currently do not offer international shipping. International delivery services may be introduced in the future, and updated shipping rates, duties, taxes, and delivery timelines will be published accordingly. Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
For certain high-value or suspicious orders, our team may contact customers for order verification before dispatch. Orders that remain unverified may be delayed or cancelled.
Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000 (after discounts). Orders below the free shipping threshold may incur a standard delivery fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
- Karachi: 2–4 business days
- Other Major Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 7–12 business days
- International Orders (Future Service): 14–20 business days
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. During sales, holidays, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be slightly extended.
Partial Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or courier limitations. Customers will be notified if split shipments are required.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier partner’s system.
Local Pickup
Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from our pickup location.

Pickup Requirements: Please bring your Order ID, Valid CNIC, and Payment confirmation (digital or printed).
Pickup Hours: Monday – Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must present a copy of your CNIC and written authorization. Currently, pickup service is available only at the above location.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at: support@sagothecompany.com or Phone/WhatsApp: +92 333 3333333. If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, we will arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your contact number is active.
- Delays caused by courier service or weather are beyond our control.
- In case of missed delivery attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.
- If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be restricted or declined.
